Hello! My name is Andrew Huggins. I am a filmmaker from Charlotte, North Carolina. I received my bachelor of arts degree in filmmaking and video production from The Art Institute of Charlotte in December, 2013. I currently work as an independent filmmaker full time in North Carolina. Artist Statement:

Filmmaking parallels life itself. I primarily focus on familial relationships as these seem to transcend what is perceived as normal human interaction. Through keen observation of the world around me and varied subtexts, I attempt to represent truth in each of my films. I am always learning and growing from one film to the next and anticipate each project’s challenges as a way for me to evolve as a filmmaker.
